The soup stock for shabu-shabu is simple bonito and kelp.The ponzu dipping sauce is a proud taste that takes time and effort.Onions with a strong sweetness are grown in Kaizuka, Senshu, the owner's hometown.Pork such as shoulder loin and ribs are procured from suppliers with good connections.Wrap the meat with shredded daikon radish, carrots, and radish sprouts and enjoy.
